One of my subscribers emailed me the other day with a great question.  This question has been asked many times so I thought I would share the answer with you.

Will doing the Yummy Tummies exercise system make me more tired?

This is a great question.

I mean when you have had no sleep. Your little one has kept you up all night and you have changed yet another nappy do you really feel like exercising?

To fully answer this question we need to understand a little more about ‘working out’ Vs ‘working in’.

You see, the phrase working out is pretty common. Everyone seems to know what it means, but have you heard of working in?

Working in is a phrase given to a type of exercise that doesn’t take the energy away from you rather than it brings energy into the body. It creates more energy for you.

It helps to wake you up and doesn’t leave you feeling drained and lacking energy.

By using just the right amount of training intensity this type of exercise will leave you with more energy than you first started.  You will be more able to handle those sleepless nights, those endless nappy changes and the constant feeding.

Don’t worry, the structure will also give you results…absolutely.  But it does so in a progressive organised way that doesn’t just leave you feeling knackered.

Have a look at it here:

So to remember it well, ‘working out’ takes energy out of the body while ‘working in’ brings energy back into the body.

There is always a time and place for both, you just need to listen to your body.

Take care and good luck,

Lyndon
