These services are currently offered within London.
Our founder, Lyndon Littlefair, is located at The Metropolitan Hotel on Old Park Lane in Mayfair. You can apply to train with Lyndon here.
- Club Yummy Tummies For those of you not lucky enough to be able to have a trainer come to you, this is a great option. Club Yummy Tummies is a membership site where you will be guide through specific exercises for your stage of postnatal recovery to a stronger, fitter more energetic body.
You are given all of the resources to help you set clear and precise goals and you will be encouraged along the way by people in the same situation as yourself. You can find out more information here.
