Einstein’s Definition of Insanity…

…is doing the same the same thing over and over and expecting a difference result.

You know what it is like.

You go to the gym, you do the same exercise programme, you eat the same foods.

And is it getting you results?

Hey if it is, then that is cool. Carry on.


But, if it is not working.


If it is like you are spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere, then change.


Change something about your exercise.


Change something with your food.


Do something different. Do something that challenges your body in a new way.


If you have always just done cardio, try doing some resistance training.


If all you do is resistance training, try adding some cardio into the mix, just to spice things up a little.


If you are just starting up and are not too sure where to start, then ask for help.


Back to Einstein…


If something is not working, or it is not working as well as you would like it to, then change it.


It’s not rocket science, well maybe in Albert’s case it was.
