Fear of being too unfit to keep up.

Fear of being the fattest one there.

Fear of not knowing what to do.

Does any of the above sound like you?

In a lot of cases being fearful will stop you from achieving the body that you really want. It can hold you back. It can stop you
in your tracks and it can also stop you from even starting.
It is only when you reach the point of wanting the result (a better body, a flatter stomach, to look good naked) outweighs the fear of actually doing something about it that you will change.
The pure desire to change and improve must be a huge pull and create such a feeling that nothing will stop you. Nothing will get

in the way. You will get to where you want to go.
So are you brave to get to where you want to go?
And no, being brave is not about having no fear to do something. Being brave is about having fear but going for it anyway.
There is also the fear of not changing at all and staying where you are right now. Is that where you want to be?
So work out where you want to go. Also work out the cost of not getting there.
What is the cost for you? Feeling the same way as you are right now?
Or do you really want to change?
Banish the fear, be brave and go for it.
